WHAT INFORMATION IS COLLECTED AND HOW?

Personal Data

Upon registration as a The Divorce Manager Enquirer or on becoming a The Divorce Manager Customer when accessing The Divorce Manager Services, you will be asked to provide various types of Personal Data to enhance the quality of the services we can provide to you and the more accurate the information you provide, the better we are able to respond to your requirements.

As part of the process of using The Divorce Manager Services and becoming a The Divorce Manager Enquirer and/or The Divorce Manager Customer, the relevant Service Providers to The Divorce Manager and The Divorce Manager itself may collect the following types of Personal Data about you (as applicable):

o Your information you may submit when you use any of our The Divorce Manager Services e.g. including but maybe not limited to your name, email, address, credit/debit card details, gender, marital status, partner’s name, children’s names, DOBs;

Information we receive from other sources: we are working closely with third parties (including, for example payment services like GoCardless and Paypal and analytics providers

We do not store credit card details, nor do we share financial details with any 3rd parties

You own The Divorce Manager Enquirer Data that you may upload; and, any other information that you choose to send to us, including any request for further information on The Divorce Manager Services, general correspondence.

Financial Data

When you make any such payment, your consent is given to provide your financial data necessary to process your payments to any third-party payment processor that we might use as our service provider to make and complete the payment. If you are using online banking, your own bank’s terms and conditions shall apply also. Except as provided here, we will not share financial data with third parties without your prior consent.

HOW IS THE INFORMATION USED?

You hereby expressly consent to your Personal data being passed on to us for the express purpose of processing your divorce or separation.

Your Personal Data is used solely by The Divorce Manager (and The Divorce Manager Service Providers to the extent necessary to fulfil The Divorce Manager obligations to you) for the sole purpose of enabling The Divorce Manager to act as a service provider to you and is not shared with any person or company without your express consent.

Any Personal Data that is held with The Divorce Manager shall be retained in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and related General Data Protection (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679 is a regulation in EU law on data protection and privacy for all individuals within the European Union and the European Economic Area. You accept that The Divorce Manager cannot be held liable for any breaches of confidentiality that may occur because of the use of email including The Divorce Manager Mailer. If there is any sensitive or confidential Personal Data which you do not wish to communicate by email, please contact The Divorce Manager by telephone or post to arrange an alternative method of communication. You transmit all such The Divorce Manager Enquirer Data and The Divorce Manager Customer Data which may include Personal Data at your own risk.

If we do hold Personal Data about you, we will let you have a copy of that Personal Data. To make a request to The Divorce Manager for any Personal Data that we may hold, you need to put the request in writing (along with certain ID requirements) addressing it to the address provided below.
